Data Analyst

Key Responsibility:

• Review and understand all relevant policies and procedures in order to be able to carry out daily work tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Identify the appropriate analysis method and apply statistical techniques to analyze and interpret the related data.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and analyze interpret and summarize data in order to generate statistical and analytical reports.
• Design develop and maintain specific databases for the collection tracking and reporting of related data to provide reports and statistics in an accurate and timely manner.
• Identify analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. As well as remove corrupted or unreliable data/results.
• Filter and sort data by reviewing computer reports printouts and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
• Utilize specified statistical software to analyze and interpret the related data.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to understand their business needs and formulate and complete endtoend analysis that includes data gathering ongoingscaled deliverables and presentations.
• Design database specifications manage the current analysis software/application and suggest improvements when needed.
• Provide the necessary assistance and support to the line manager and other team members in ensuring the departments KPIs are achieved successfully by gathering the necessary data preparing progress reports and implementing the necessary action plans.

Qualification:

• Minimum of bachelors degree in Mathematics Statistics Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
• Masters degree in a relevant discipline will add an advantage.24 years of UAE experience in a similar role preferably in higher education institutions.
• Priority is to UAE Nationals
