HVAC Technician

As an A/C Specialist you will be responsible for installing repairing and maintaining air conditioning systems and equipment. Additionally you will also be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and hygiene throughout the club according to elished standards. Your expertise in air conditioning systems will contribute to creating a comfortable and controlled environment for our members and staff.

• Install inspect repair and maintain air conditioning systems equipment and components according to elished procedures and safety guidelines.
  
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities on air conditioning systems doenting any deficiencies or needs for repairs and promptly notifying management.
  
• Diagnose and trouble air conditioning system issues utilizing appropriate tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems effectively.
  
• Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring proper storage and handling of tools and equipment.
  
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures related to air conditioning system maintenance and cleaning.
  
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping mopping dusting and polishing to ensure a clean and presentable environment for our members and visitors.
  
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as igned ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
  
• Organize and maintain supply rooms ensuring cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and readily available when needed.
  
• ist members and visitors with any inquiries or requests in a polite and professional manner providing excellent customer service.
  
• Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a high standard of maintenance cleanliness and hygiene throughout the club.
  
• Perform any other related duties as required by the management team.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as an A/C Specialist or in a similar role.
  

• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems including installation repair and maintenance.
  

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  

• Excellent organizational ss to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in multiple areas.
  

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
  

• Effective communication and interpersonal ss to interact with members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  

• Ability to write and read in English to report workrelated issues.
  

• Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as required.
