Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician with 26 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing maintaining and repairing heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. They should possess excellent problemsolving skills and a commitment to delivering highquality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install maintain and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners heaters refrigeration units and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- Perform system upgrades and recommend improvements to enhance performance and energy efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of service calls maintenance activities and repairs.
- Follow industry standards and adhere to safety protocols while performing all tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients about system issues and solutions.
Qualifications:
- 26 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems components and repair techniques.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
