The Role
Position Title: HR Generalist Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8K AED allinclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai UAE About the Client: An international fast food chain brand Handle a variety of personnel and visarelated administrative tasks including support for recruitment employee relations training logistics benefits administration and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. Coordinate and manage new visa application process for employees including work permits residence permits visa renewals and visa cancellation Coordinate with health insurance broker for any addition deletion updates and maintaining of accurate employee records Assist in the recruitment process including job postings screening interviewing and hiring for various positions Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns providing guidance and support on HRrelated issues

Requirements
- Open to Arabic nationalities Female 35 years old and below Should hold a Diploma in HR Management or Psychology or Behavioral Sciences or other Related Courses and certifications Minimum of 3 years experience in the UAE as HR Coordinator / HR Generalist Specialist in QSR F&B or Hospitality industry
