We are looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Executive with 12 years of experience in tele calling and lead generation preferably in the staffing and recruiting / banking industry. The role involves reaching out to potential clients building relationships and generating leads to support our recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce staffing and recruitment services.
- Identify potential leads and schedule meetings or followups for the sales team.
- Maintain and update a database of prospective clients.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients through consistent communication.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Provide regular reports on call outcomes and lead status.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 12 years of telecalling and lead generation experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and engage clients effectively.
- Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
