About the Magic Group:


The Magic Group encompasses JD Studios Blink Labs and the Magic Academy focusing on content creation media production and ecommerce and is led by Julius Dein an innovative entrepreneur renowned magician and prominent online personality with a global audience of 70 million.


Location:
London or Dubai Hybrid/Remote

Reports to: General Manager and the CEO

Classification: Contract

Role Overview:

The Magic Group is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to drive the diversification of our revenue streams. This role is integral to the growth and sustainability of our business focusing on identifying new opportunities and forging partnerships that align with our vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Ideation & Strategy:

Collaborate with leadership and crossfunctional teams to identify new revenue streams and business opportunities.

Develop and propose strategies for diversification focusing on innovative and scalable models.

Networking & Relationship Building:

Leverage existing networks and build new connections to identify and secure leads for potential deals.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders partners and potential clients.

Research & Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends emerging opportunities and potential risks.

Analyze competitive landscapes and assess the viability of new business ventures.

Deal Facilitation & :

Lead the endtoend process of securing and executing deals including licensing investment and other strategic partnerships.

Collaborate with legal finance and operations teams to ensure smooth deal closure and implementation.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

Work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.

Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to support successful project .

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development preferably within the entertainment media or creative industries.

Strong networking skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently.

Experienced in deal structuring and .
