Our client is one of the leading hospitality groups in UAE currently hiring a Junior Sommelier for a highend restaurant in Dubai.
What will you do
- Have complete knowledge of all menu items offered
- Ensure product quality and consistency are delivered at all times
- Has impeccable knowledge of wine products in the portfolio
- Recommend food and wine pairings
- Follow HACCP requirements
What are we looking for
- Certified sommelier or successfully completed equivalent of WSET Level 2 would be preferable
- Solid knowledge of wines
- Curious attitude always learning and exploring new ideas
- Minimum 2 years of experience in highend highvolume awardwinning restaurant/bar operations in Europe the Middle East or Asia
- Willing to join immediately
