Job Summary & Purpose:
Achievement of Sales Target of the Store and maintaining the service standards of SDG
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:
Achievement of individual sales Invoice EW Accessories/ Productivity targets
Providing Solutions to Customers Queries/Requirements
Thorough knowledge of products in his department
My Area My Responsibility (MAMR)
Maintain the display logic planogram & placards
Perpetual Inventory Count
Cleanliness of area of responsibility
Managing brand promoters under his assigned team/ department
Requirements
Qualitative Requirements:
Experience(Yrs& Field) : Min 2years of experience in Retail Sales
Educational Qualification: Graduation
Skills & Abilities Customer Focus Result Orientation Team Work Communication. Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
Experience (Yrs & Field) : 3 years Educational Qualification: Graduate Skills & Abilities: Expert level proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint Attention to detail is a must You are aware of the latest retail marketing trends and are IT savvy with hands on experience with marketing related software.
