Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Product Ideation: Lead brainstorming sessions to conceptualize new product ideas based on market demand.
2. Prototyping: Oversee the design and testing phases of new products ensuring they meet quality standards.
3. Market Analysis: Stay updated with global health and fitness trends to inform product development strategies.
4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the manufacturing marketing and sales teams to ensure a successful product launch.
5. Feedback Integration: Gather user feedback on products and refine them based on consumer needs.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Engineering Health Science or a related field.
2. Over 7 years of experience in product development preferably in the health or fitness industry.
3. A proven track record of successfully launching new products.
4. Strong analytical leadership and communication skills.
