They are in pursuit of a dynamic Chief Sales Officer to architect their sales strategies and amplify platform adoption across the market.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Lead a highperforming sales team setting quotas and ensuring team members meet or exceed them.
• Engage with major clients and stakeholders strengthening partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics deriving insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure aligned strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies adjusting sales tactics as necessary.
• Identify and tap into new market segments expanding the platforms user base.
• Drive sales training and development programs ensuring the teams skills are uptodate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Sales or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles preferably within the SaaS or logistics industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Excellent negotiation networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
