الوصف الوظيفي

The Facade Sales Manager is responsible for driving the sales strategy managing client relationships and generating new business opportunities in the facade and glazing sector. This role requires a deep understanding of facade systems market trends and customer needs along with strong sales and negotiation skills. The Facade Sales Manager will lead a team develop sales strategies and work closely with design production and project management teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Business Development

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets in the facade and glazing market.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities including lead generation prospecting and networking with potential clients.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
  2. Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients architects developers and contractors.
    • Provide technical advice and support to clients understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
    • Negotiate contracts terms and conditions with clients and stakeholders ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  3. Sales Team Leadership

    • Lead motivate and develop the sales team setting clear goals and providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
    • Monitor team performance providing feedback and coaching to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
  4. Sales and Project Coordination

    • Collaborate with the project management design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution from sales to delivery.
    • Review project specifications proposals and technical documentation to ensure alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
    • Support the preparation of sales presentations bids and tenders ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.
  5. Financial Management and Reporting

    • Develop and manage sales budgets forecasts and sales targets ensuring alignment with company goals.
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
    • Implement pricing strategies and ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profit margins.
  6. Networking and Industry Engagement

    • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with industry professionals.
    • Build and maintain relationships with industry associations stakeholders and potential business partners.
    • Stay informed about industry regulations standards and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  7. Customer Support and AfterSales Service

    • Ensure excellent customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle from initial contact to project completion.
    • Address client concerns and issues promptly ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Develop and maintain longterm relationships with key clients fostering repeat business and referrals.
