Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with motor insurance inquiries and provide accurate information about insurance products.
  
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  
• Process insurance applications and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
  
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of insurance products policies and procedures.
  
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in motor insurance or related field.
  
• Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
