الوصف الوظيفي

The Business Development Manager in Catering is responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and driving revenue growth in the catering division. This role requires a proactive approach to sales excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the catering industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the catering market.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Drive revenue growth by securing new contracts and expanding existing accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the catering operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the senior management team.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Attend industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to promote the catering services.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales in the catering is a must. Only relevant experienced candidates should apply.
  • Strong negotiation presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.


Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Proven experience in business development or sales in the catering is a must. Only relevant experienced candidates should apply. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
