Real Time Analyst (Remote)

Full time, Costa Rica

In this role, you will be responsible for the real-time and intraday management of resources and technology across multichannel environments to achieve desired performance and budgetary objectives.

As a Real Time Analyst, you will

• Work with the internal Workforce Management team to identify alternative solutions and to explain the requirements, deliverables, costs, and criticalities of the situation as appropriate
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost benefit analyses for recommendations
• Work with strategic partners within the organization to enhance service delivery, drive efficiency, and leverage investments in technology and resources
• Contribute to account assessments and account strategy
• Identify efficiency opportunities, implement solutions, and measure success, to consistently achieve service level goals
• Provide input for budget planning as it relates to staffing requirements for operations
  

About You

• Experience in forecasting and trend analysis for a multichannel environment
• Demonstrated competency in Workforce Management, ACD, and other Contact Center Technologies
• Experience in Workforce Management
• Demonstrated competency in MS Excel and Access
• Experience functioning in high stress situations
