We currently have an opportunity for a Director, Planning & Integration, EMEA, to join our Four Seasons Corporate team in Dubai!
This role reports to the Senior Director, Planning & Integration and is responsible for operational planning and successful integration of Global Operations initiatives, projects, and programs.
The primary area of focus will be the operational integration of Four Seasons pipeline through New Openings, Conversion, Expansion and Renovation projects including identifying quality improvements across the pre-opening process. The role will be subject matter expert in the pre-opening operations process, providing leadership and opening support to pre-opening teams across EMEA and APAC.
This position will also support Hotels and Resorts core business by assisting the Operations teams with enhancing Four Seasons property performance, services, training, and tools related to the company strategic initiatives, and / or augmenting current practices based on operational insights, and / or in response to business needs.
Our Ideal Director, Planning & Integration, EMEA
8+ years of experience in Hotel Operations role with knowledge of pre-opening process. 2+ years work experience in Corporate Office and/or similar global capacity delivering large scope projects preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP), Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred.
The candidate will be dynamic, process driven, highly analytical and possess a strong understanding of hotel operations. Travel for this role will be 20-30%
