What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• As our Captain you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the F&B outlet to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• As our Mixologist, cocktails are your passion, you will assist with creating and maintaining the beverage menus our hotel will offer, exceeding our guests expectations every time.
• As our Waiters and Waitresses you will be in charge of warmly greeting guests, presenting the menu, recommending and upselling menu items through your passion and knowledge ensuring the highest guest satisfaction.
• As our Cigar Sommelier you will be in charge of all cigar related activities throughout the hotel, including curating the cigar offering, ensuring sales targets are achieved, the rest of the team is knowledgeable and trained on cigars and building a regular cigar clientele in your outlet.
• You are aware of the latest trends and continuously innovate to ensure our offering remains at the very top of what is being offered around the world.
• Serving others is your passion, you will be ensuring the outlet is in immaculate condition and all service standards are adhered to.
• By taking part in a daily team briefing pre-service, you ensure you are well informed of the daily happenings around the hotel as well as the upcoming service.
• During your daily routine, you liaise with other departments when required to ensure an immaculate presentation of your outlet and high standards of cleanliness as well as maintenance are upheld at all times including restaurant furniture, equipment, floors, fixtures and fittings.
• The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Food & Beverage professional but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.

• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.Other languages including Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish or German are highly desirable.
• You will have a relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma and bring a wealth of past experience working for luxury hotels and restaurants in the Middle East.
