Contract Duration: 1 year
This role will provide support in delivering the Talent management & Organisation Development (TM & OD) strategy by conducting essential day-to-day administrative activities.
Organisation Development
- Arrange for the logistics related to the department’s annual events.
- Record & process all required payments for OD activities including contacting internal and external procurement registration, and act as a first point of contact for external providers.
- Maintain records of all benchmarks conducted.
- Creation of new positions in the system.
Talent Management
- Support with the internship programme logistics and keep tracking of the internship/work placement record.
- Record & process all required payments for TM activities including contacting internal and external procurement registration, and act as a first point of contact for external providers.
- Support & arrange for training logistics as and when required. (claim the quotations, catering arrangements, calendar invites, venue booking,etc…)
- Support with the logistics related to Al-Yah programme (scheduling the assessments, sharing the invites, tracking the associates’ records, share & compile the evaluation forms).
- Support the logistics related to the Learning Needs Analysis exercise.
- Ensure the maintenance of the trainings’ records and data base.
- Support with the Learning Management System logistics. (uploading E-leanings, Assigning employees, generating reminders, maintaining record.)
Shared
- Deliver additional administrative tasks that may be delegated or assigned from the team.
Information Security related
- Understand, adopt, adhere and practice responsibilities or controls as per Information Security policy and as per best practices explained in the induction and awareness sessions.
- Confidentiality, Integrity and availability of the Information shall be maintained at all times i.e. within as well as outside.
Job Qualifications
Education
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any business management discipline.
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Talent Management and Development in large reputed organization.
