DHL Global Forwarding UAE has an opening for a Sr. Business Development Manager where you will be responsible for the commercial development of IP divisions new and existing businesses in EPC IOC O&G Power & Renewables sectors by cultivating and maintaining long term relationships in order to gain and maximize sales opportunities for the Dubai Hub as well as developing and managing a portfolio of IP specific customers with the objective to secure growth through new client and segment/vertical development across all products of DHL. In this Sr. Business Development Manager position

• You will be responsible for contributing up to 5 to 7.5% of annual IP P&L Revenue and Gross Profit.
• You will be responsible for development of new ad hoc and contractual clients in EPC O&G Drilling Power and Renewables sectors.
• You will lead as Bid Owner to provide subject matter expert advice while collaborating and synergizing with the Global IP network and local pricing to develop best in class Technical & Commercial Solutions design for Tenders.
• You will lead as business owner in directing and ensuring proper operational handover in the implementation phase to meet customer expectations (SLAs & SOPs)
• You will support the Commercial manager in the progress of RFQs and customer implementations with new and existing customers to ensure a deep understanding of our customers expectations and operational requirements are achieved.
• You will take full ownership as primary contact for Escalation management and resolution.
• You will conduct Monthly Business Review Meetings with clients using companys formats and data analytical tools or platforms such as DHLi.

• Graduate or masters degree
• 7 10 years experience or more in the industry
