– Design and develop training outlines / materials and modules in, leadership/ soft skills and sales mastery according to the industry
– Adapt training materials and content to meet the specific needs of different audiences and industries
– Develop evaluation methods and progress tests to identify the level and the progress before and after the training
Training delivery
– Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions and workshops both in person and online for groups or individuals
– Utilize a variety of teaching methods including lectures, discussions, role plays, simulations and multimedia resources
– Reach the expected development level by the end of each session
Assessment And Feedback
– Evaluate participants skills through assessments, quizzes and observations during training sessions
– Provide constructive feedback to participants in helping them improve their skills
– Create personalized action plans for each participant to track their progress
Qualifications
– Bachelor Degree in a relevant field (e.g education, psychology, communication or business….)
– Proven experience in training or related areas such as coaching, counseling, or human resources management
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
– Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
– Patience, empathy and the ability to provide constructive feedback
– Flexibility and adaptability to cater to different learning styles and preferences
– Proficiency in using technology for virtual learning, including video conferencing platforms and e-learning tools
