Responsibilities:
Support the achievement of revenue budget units and ASP of the products under responsibility
Support the implementation of the MENAT product strategies including pricing positioning and product promotion
Support the organization of MENAT congresses symposiums and workshops
Build links and help the organization of activities with KOLs through Summits Clinician Education Programs roundtables etc)
Develop and maintain a competitive intelligence database
Manage and coordinate new product launches
Support the Field Sales team with product information and contribute to product training initiatives as appropriate
Product lifecycle management includes all aspects of the product lifecycle and product recalls and field corrective actions
Development and production of promotional material / marketing collateral and tools which will deliver key messages positioning and reflect brand essence
Conduct regular customer visits to develop awareness around the product and addressing customer unmet needs
Support market research activities (Voice of Customer)
In conjunction with countries sales organization develop market specific strategies and tactics to ensure proper product positioning and providing clear direction on the relevant value
Interface with EMEA and Global Marketing Teams to share information and update with market data product developments and product specific strategic and tactical plans
Develop and maintain expert product knowledge in terms of quantitative data (e.g. market data market trends competitor pricing) and qualitative data (e.g. customer needs competitor activities plans technologies and applications); recommending suitable actions to maximize opportunities and minimize potential threats to the business
About you:
Bachelors degree MBA medical or scientific graduate degree preferred
Minimum five years Sales /Clinical /marketing experience in healthcare field
Innovative and creative a phenomenal listener
Successful track record in his/her organization
Good presenter and easily shares her/his knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self drive Open clear and consistent communication skills with high ownership Capabilities
Expert in PowerPoint Excel Word etc.
