Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Loyalty Program Management - Develop, implement, and manage the hotel's food and beverage loyalty program. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the loyalty program, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction. Work closely with marketing to promote the loyalty program and increase member enrollment.
Customer Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to understand their preferences and ensure a personalized dining experience. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
