Job Information
- Conduct audits drive employee engagement and lead training sessions.
- Manage employee relations resolve conflicts and drive employee engagement.
- Provide advice and guidance on peoplerelated matters ensuring that risks are identified and mitigated.
- Continually monitor and develop HR policies and procedures to improve performance and reduce disputes.
- Ensure compliance with internal systems processes and procedures. Ensure quality standards and legal compliance are maintained within the team by conducting reviews/audits.
- Prepare monthly performance indicator reports.
- Ensure appropriate case management and record keeping.
Job Requirements
- 35 years of HR experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code the Social Security Code and best HR practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies policies and processes.
- Demonstrable commitment to continued professional development.
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite or similar software.
- Mastery or ability to quickly learn the organizations HR information system (People HR).
