Promote & support Universal Enclosures business development in the UAE in compliance with country regulations and industry requirements hence enabling the pullthrough business of PP PS DE IA and PA business units.
Adapt and implement Universal Enclosures marketing and sales initiatives in accordance with the UAEs commercial policy and the management team.
Identify and develop new channels and segments to increase the market share and sustainable growth of Universal Enclosures.
Job Responsibilities:
Boost Universal Enclosuress business (to an agreed upon value) in a specific period.
Increase the profitability of Universal Enclosures business in the UAE in compliance to the country guidelines.
Develop & manage new/ existing channels (ODs PBs SIs OEMs) to increase the market share of Universal Enclosures business by saturating them with relevant Universal Enclosures offers.
Define a gotomarket strategy for Universal Enclosures activity to optimize its sellin/ sellout through the suitable channels.
Create & win new opportunities in segments business (esp. Energies & Chemicals Data Centers WWW F&B Marine Transportation) and increase Universal Enclosures market visibility.
Ensure Universal Enclosures offers are approved as a preferred vendor with all major end users.
Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering.
Min. 10yrs of exp. in sales & marketing of LV switchgear/ controlgear/ automation business in the UAE.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in enclosure systems in an advantage.
