3. Experience on ITSM Tools
4. Working experiences on Asset Management
5. Experience of Operating System install, configure.
6. Should able to resolve issues related to Email/Teams/Outlook/Zoom?
7. Handle Troubleshoot Queries
8. Handling Wifi issues
9. What is administration command prompt
10. Able to deal frustrated Inhouse employee facing issue with his computer.
11. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
12. Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
