Client Engagement Officer - Guildhall

The Role
This role Client Engagement Officer is basically someone who contacts the new and old inbound leads and looks to book meetings for the Business Setup Advisors. Someone who is good on the phone and very organized. Key Performance Indicators & Targets Key Responsibilities Lead Management: Identify track and nurture leads to secure meetings. Meeting Scheduling and Confirmation: Schedule and confirm three attended meetings per sales team member per day. Client Communications: Serve as the primary contact for meeting scheduling and confirmations.

Requirements

• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities in the companys CRM system. Performance Reporting: Regularly report on meeting booking success and challenges.
