- Supervise the operation to ensure food safety practices are in place.
- Oversee the application, orientation, and training of new kitchen team members.
- Supervise KOT’s and dispatch high loads of orders while communicating with riders and vendors.
- Supervise customers complaints and communicate with the restaurant support team to resolve orders issues.
- Conduct daily audits & checklists in collaboration with the kitchen manager and other kitchen team members.
- Supervise rider’s behaviour and communicate with logistics team to resolve issues.
- Monitor efficiency in order dispatch, order quality and packaging standards.
What Did We Order?
Must have
- 2+ years in Kitchen management
- Familiarity with a broad range of kitchen equipment and general facilities management
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel,
- Strong communication skills.
- Open to feedback and personal and professional improvement
- Demonstrates punctuality, reliability, and sound judgement
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Emerging expertise in cloud kitchens
Qualifications/certifications
- HAACP certification
- QC food safety training or degree preferred
