Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and relationshipbuilding. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients/customers and actively engage with prospects to understand their needs and requirements. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new clients/customers and promote companys products/services. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients showcasing the value and benefits of companys products/services. Negotiate and close business deals contracts and agreements with clients ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients/customers and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products/services. Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market developments to identify potential opportunities or threats to the companys business. Provide regular reports and updates to the Director of Business Development on sales activities pipeline status and performance against targets. Collaborate with internal teams including sales marketing product development and customer service to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives. Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking functions to promote brand awareness and establish the company as a thought leader in the industry. Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering ( BTech ) / in Business Administration Marketing or related field (Masters degree will be an added advantage). Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the oil and gas sector especially in Valves Maintenance and Refurbishment. Strong understanding of sales techniques negotiation strategies and business development principles. Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients/customers. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools. Good Awareness of Market situation especially of UAE. Abu Dhabibased candidates will be having preference with the clear knowledge of Valves and other specialized services like Bolting Torqueing Tensioning etc. Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
