Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) :
Experience:
- In-Flight Service.In-flight Catering : 10+ Years
- Educated to degree level or have equivalent work experience
- Chef with fine dining experience or airline culinary.
Knowledge / Skills:
- Experience of managing 3rd party supplier contracts and service level agreements
- Experience of product design development
- A creative and agile approach to workplace challenges
- Regional experience is desired
- Chef background with fine dining restaurant experience
- Understanding of airline regulatory environment and restrictions
- Broad understanding of airline planning and operations
