Summary
Lead the entire project team for the execution of Punch List for Construction precomm commissioning startup and Operational activities
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
- Administrate Punchlist activities.
- Liaise with Project Management Team in order to monitor Punchlist close out.
- Liaise with Client as part of Project execution.
- Prepare Completion related ORBIT Punchlist reports.
- Check readiness of Punchlist Documentation.
- Coordinate for Punchlist walkdown at various stages of the Project.
- Populate Punch list identified during walkdown.
- Report to Manager as per project Organization chart.
- Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Graduate.
- 3 years experience in leading a Punchlist activity.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to interface with Client and Vendor.
- Good understanding of Oil & Gas project execution.
- Good understanding of various Project Documentation.
- Exposure to ORBIT or other Completion software is an advantage
