About Mehan: We pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering exceptional talent solutions to our clients. As we expand our team we are seeking a motivated and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join us in a remote fulltime position.
Role Overview: As a Remote Executive Search Consultant you will play a key role in driving business development managing client accounts and executing endtoend executive search processes. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in business development account management headhunting networking and candidate shortlisting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business development activities to identify and secure new client partnerships.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients understanding their talent needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Utilize headhunting techniques and networking to identify and engage toptier executive candidates.
- Conduct indepth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for client roles.
- Lead endtoend executive search processes from client consultation to candidate placement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends market intelligence and talent landscapes.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Search Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong background in business development and account management.
- Demonstrated success in headhunting networking and building candidate pipelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with executive recruitment best practices.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented.
