Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Sourcing CVs based on the role requirements. Understanding the role scope, qualifications/ skills required for the position.
- Job postings on job boards (e.g. Naukri gulf, monster gulf), LinkedIn postings where applicable, Internal vacancy posting.
- Coordinate with universities and BU for internship opportunities
Learning and Development
- Participate in Kafaat HR training program
- Udemy licenses usage follow up including Emiratis in all Business Units
- Talent (Personal Development Plans follow ups).
Task related to GPSS (Pension for Emiratis)
- Managing the pension system (registration, linking, end of services)
- Manage pension remittance to GPSSA.
Others
- Gather feedback from Emirati employees regarding their experiences, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.
- Conducting salary benchmarking exercises. Reviewing job market trends.
- Collating annual salary data reports from organizations such as Hays/ Mercer/ Michael page etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
