Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Sourcing CVs based on the role requirements. Understanding the role scope, qualifications/ skills required for the position.
  • Job postings on job boards (e.g. Naukri gulf, monster gulf), LinkedIn postings where applicable, Internal vacancy posting.
  • Coordinate with universities and BU for internship opportunities

Learning and Development

  • Participate in Kafaat HR training program
  • Udemy licenses usage follow up including Emiratis in all Business Units
  • Talent (Personal Development Plans follow ups).

Task related to GPSS (Pension for Emiratis)

  • Managing the pension system (registration, linking, end of services)
  • Manage pension remittance to GPSSA.

Others

  • Gather feedback from Emirati employees regarding their experiences, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.
  • Conducting salary benchmarking exercises. Reviewing job market trends.
  • Collating annual salary data reports from organizations such as Hays/ Mercer/ Michael page etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
