الوصف الوظيفي

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the largest interior fit-out and joinery companies in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Operations Manager who will be accountable for planning, tracking and execution of Projects in compliance with the contract schedule, requirements, standards and overall corporate objectives, and to develop and maintain strong relationship with the clients to ensure optimal performance.

- Be the primary point of contact for senior leaders and clients to address any issues that arise throughout the project cycle.
- Monitor internal policies and procedures to ensure the team is utilizing the tools provided to them to ensure project success.
- Monitor KPIs for planning, cost control, quality control, and invoice collection.
- Ensure the team prepares monthly progress reports for clients.
- Coordinate with different departments such as Estimation, Contracts, Commercial, Procurement/Purchase, and Logistics to ensure project progress is within the operating budget.
- Manage cash flow requirements for projects, monitor revenue cost, actual progress, and variations to ensure they are within project budget limitations.
- Conduct operation meetings for materials and projects manpower requirements, participate in technical discussions, attend high-level meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Inspect and observe work in progress to ensure procedures are followed and conform with project specifications and quality standards.

Requirements


- 12+ years of comprehensive working experience on a similar role in construction industry
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, Civil Engineering or related field
