UX Designer

Responsibilities:
• Support the creation of innovative design solutions to users products, and business problems. Plan and prioritize design work across multiple programs and their projects.
• Design solutions based on user insights and business intelligence that contribute to the success of business objectives.
• Support product creation by developing design concepts (e.g., mock-ups, prototypes, models) for purposes of user research and testing. Collaborate with engineers to communicate and influence design intentions.
• Understand design constraints and clearly articulate design decision rationale to partners and stakeholders. Manage and deliver specifications for implementation. Lead contributions to a holistic design process and design system across teams.
• Apply best practices in design guidelines and building design systems.
• Collaborate with design and product by sharing design ideas, and propose initiatives to improve customer experience.
• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mockups and prototypes.
• Communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.
• Develop and maintain effective specifications and design patterns.
• Provide mentorship for designers and interns.
