Key Responsibilities

Set Up AM Division Support:

  • HoD support: Supporting the Head of Dept in any business-related capacity.
  • Support in the set up a suite of documents from Pitch, proposal to award and close out.
  • Manage catalogue of studies to create a benchmark for operating models cost impact and performance.
  • Support and advise on tech solutions across JLL to enhance the operations and AM delivery.
  • Manage the pitch, RFP, process. Each project will be assigned a lead at award.
  • Attend Events, and travel to site to participate in workshops or presentations or meetings on awarded assignments as per contract.
  • AM team Support: Supporting the AM team to deliver quality standards of work to clients.
  • Portfolio Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of client portfolios, including financial performance, asset valuation (with valuation department), risk assessment, and market trends. Provide strategic recommendations to optimize portfolios based on client objectives.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop sophisticated financial models (with finance team) to analyze investment opportunities, assess the financial viability of potential projects, and determine optimal asset strategies. Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to provide clients with insightful decision-making tools.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of real estate market trends, economic indicators, and industry benchmarks. Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify investment opportunities, assess risks, and develop strategic decision-making processes for clients.
  • Portfolio Optimization: Collaborate with the PAMS teams in developing and implementing portfolio optimization strategies tailored to each client's objectives and risk profile. Recommend value-enhancing initiatives, such as asset repositioning, divestments, or capital improvements.
  • Performance Reporting: Review / Prepare comprehensive portfolio performance reports/ dashboards for C suite, financial statements, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients. Highlight actionable insights, trends, and potential risks, and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
  • Due Diligence: Assist clients in evaluating potential investment opportunities through thorough due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessments. Provide expert guidance during acquisition processes, including evaluation of financial feasibility, lease analysis, and market positioning.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as Leasing, Property Management, and Capital Markets, to leverage cross-functional expertise in developing client solutions. Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, brokers, legal advisors, and financial institutions.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in real estate portfolio management and investment analysis. Share knowledge within the team and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial analysis, portfolio management, or related roles within the real estate.

Strong financial and analytical skills. Proficiency in using advanced Excel and various software's for complex analysis.

Excellent knowledge of real estate finance, investment analysis, and valuation techniques, with a proven track record of successful portfolio optimization.

Solid understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and economic indicators relevant to RE investments.

Experience in conducting due diligence and evaluating investment opportunities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts and insights.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
