Concierge

Responsibilities:

Assist Seniors and Masters with any additional Marina operations

.

Responsible for transferring marina users and goods to and from the marina and carpark.

.

Responsible for general cleanliness and sanitizing of the club car fleet.

.

Responsible for basic maintenance of the club car fleet.

.

Responsible for inspecting and reporting wear and tear, and damages to the club car fleet to the line manager and technicians.

.

Responsible for replenishing ice stock in chest freezers.

.

Responsible for delivering ice to clients.

.

Ensure club car requests are seen promptly and timely.

.

Ensure communication between concierge and customer service representatives for club car and ice requests is clear, precise, and timely.

.

Ensure communication between concierge and operations for club car and ice requests is clear, precise, and timely.

.

Ensure communication between concierge and technicians for club car major repair and maintenance is clear, precise, and timely.

.

Carrying out any other assignment or undertaking required by the line manager.

.

Adhere to set KPIs and ensure service delivery is a top priority at all times
