Finance Executive

• Passing entries in system for the designated heads and review of GL to ensure accuracy and completeness
  
• Taking full responsibility for all accounting matters for certain designated entities
  
• Preparation of schedules for P&L and Balance Sheet
  
• Assisting Finance Head in completion of Annual Audit
  
• Taking full responsibility of accounts for leases and liaison with mall management on routine accounting matters
  
• Process enhancement for improving productivity and efficiency
  
• Supervision of payroll accounting
  
• Assisting Finance Head in renewal of Company s insurance policies and providing information as required
  
• Ad hoc work as required from time to time
  
  

Requirements

Experience (Yrs & Field): 5+ years

Educational Qualification: Graduate

Professional Certifications : Diploma/Degree in Accounting, CA, ICCA

Skills & Abilities Advanced knowledge of Excel/MS office packages and accounting software packages, preferably ERP, SAP, VAT filing

Skills:

Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision
