Job Description
> Responsible for the front desk and reception, greet and meet visitors/clients with courtesy, directing them to the relevant person.> Efficient and courteous in handling of telephone calls, ensuring clear verbal communication, provide necessary information/guidance to caller and transfer the call to the relevant person, or if required take clear concise message and pass message on.>Preparing sales quotations and then follows up on sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.> Maintain sales records and reports to the management team.> Sending enquiries to suppliers; negotiate and prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.> Provide secretarial support by handling secretarial assistance to management, producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing; and general administration.> Performs clerical and office administrative tasks such as daily staff attendance, filing, sending facsimile and maintaining office records and general administrative duties.> Arranging and tracking courier services, organize staff or management business trips with cost- effective travel arrangements (flights, rental cars and hotels, etc.).> Ensure that at all times the appropriate company image is represented, contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Job Details Posted Date: 2019-08-18 Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Role: Other Company Industry: Oil/Gas Preferred Candidate Career Level: Mid Career Gender: Female
