Job Description
The Tele Sales Executive shall directly report to the manager and his/her roles & responsibilities includes but not limited to * Female Candidates Only. * VISA Requirement - Father's Visa or Husband's Visa or Own Visa Preferable visa will be provided if required 1.1 Cold calling potential clients and explaining about out services/products 1.2 Closing of sales through call, Setting Appointment for the manager, Follow up Calls, and any other Marketing Activities. 1.3 Preparing Proposals, Invoices, and Payment Receipts. 1.4 Basic office accounting and administrative work 1.5 Consistently achieve allocated sales target 1.6 Any other tasks as deemed necessary by the management. Duties - * Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. * Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information. * Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs. * Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data. * Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; notifying team leader of needed repairs. * Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. * Maintains quality service by following organization standards. * Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. * Explain the customers - based on product offers / benefits. * Promoting the products. * Customer follow-up. * Feedback - mails/phones. * Brand promotion tele. * Maintain register for the same. * File the requisition of staff for the use of telephones. * Prepare a list of calls made by the staff department wise and send the same to HOD. * Make complains to the Maintenance department in case of any fault/damage/breakage and also inform to HOD. * Check the intercom lines and instruments and use the service of telephone technician in case of any repairs. * Make sure that telephone system work smoothly without interruption. * Operator should not be engaged in unnecessary conversation while sitting on the board. * The operator on board should be extremely courteous towards people calling from in and outside to the hospital and make them feel the operator is willing to do everything for them. * Accuracy is very essential to connect to the correct numbers required. * Operator should have the speed in connecting the calls; hence he/she will not be late in attending the calls. * Operator shall work in SHIFTS/ Overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by HOD.
