Workshop Administrator

• Liaise with Customer Service and Administration team.
• Track and chase all watches which are coming up to or have gone over our internal SLA’s and advise Customer Service and Administration of any delay along with the expected extension required to the current delivery date.
• Know where every internal job in the technical department is located.
• Liaise with Spare Parts for watches awaiting picking.
• To provide Multi-Brand and Rolex Workshop Supervisor’s and Manager’s with an update of all slow-moving jobs in their technical unit and QC returns.
• Accurately record all work as it is allocated to each technician or technical unit in accordance with SWS procedures.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

• High School or equivalent
• 3-5 years job related experience
• Good levels of concentration, attention to detail and analytical skills.
