Requirements

What you have

• 5+ years of experience in configuring, setting up, and managing project management tools like ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Jira, etc., within an organisational setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of workflow processes with the ability to effectively translate business requirements into configurations for various project management tools.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability with an ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Confidence to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience conducting user training and providing comprehensive support for various project management tools
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
