- Collaborate closely with the Lead Consultant and clients to comprehend requirements, document, design, build, configure, and test the Workday solution.
- Actively contribute as an expert in your field, serving as a reference for sharing knowledge with colleagues, and participating in efforts to enhance internal capability, including training and mentoring new team members.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing guidance to maximize the benefits of their Workday deployment.
- Foster trust and collaboration within the project team, management, and external clients.
- Bring insights from your product and industry knowledge, staying innovative and well-informed on the HR and Financials business landscape.
