Well Production and Integrity Lead

Responsibilities:

Driving Wireline Cased Hole Logging, Lower Completions, and Production Solutions (ALS, OIC) direct revenue activities and plans

Achieving alignment between PL sales teams and SDMs to attack opportunities to help OFSE growth and share gain

Driving commercial intensity for RTS and Product lines through collaboration on upsells of relevant OFSE products/ technology services (i.e. Production Logging, Cement Integrity/Mapping, Flow Control Devices)

Managing a team of cased hole logging experts and production technologists in support of Product Lines and will be responsible for managing the time of the team in support of the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey, India region

Leading and presenting at the client workshops on Cased Hole/ Well Integrity, Production Technology, and Production Solutions

Creating and maintaining the Deal Machine opportunities

Demonstrating compliance to company policies, for the entire team, including HSE compliance.
