Welding Foreman

• Oversee all welding operations and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Assign tasks to welding team to meet project timelines and objectives
• Provide technical guidance and support to the welding team to ensure efficient operation
• Inspect and test welded structures to identify any defects or deviations from specifications
• Maintain accurate records of welds, materials used, and labor hours
• Collaborate with Project Managers to plan and schedule welding activities
• Train new team members on welding techniques and safety protocols
• Maintain and ensure proper maintenance of welding equipment and tools
• Report any issues, delays or changes in project scope to management
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welding Foreman or similar role in an industrial or construction setting
• Proven track record of managing and supervising a welding team
• Strong understanding of quality and safety standards in welding operations
• Experience in reading and interpreting welding blueprints and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid Welding certification and relevant safety training a plus
