As a Digital Marketing Manager, you should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital content and marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the product team, sales team, marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.



ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a cross-functional team to implement a redesign of the product website.
  • Review content and research on Content for the products. Write and Suggest content for digital media.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Create all landing pages used as part of email marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns. Develop and implement a proofing process to eliminate errors and increase form submissions.
  • Plan and implement keyword strategy consistent with overall SEO goals. Include keyword research, keyword mapping, and daily optimization of all content, including press releases, blog posts, web copy, and more. Maintain and distribute keyword ranking reports on a monthly and as-needed basis.
  • Manage Product blog. Responsibilities will include creating and implementing a content strategy, maintaining an editorial calendar, managing writers, and personally contributing to posts as needed.
  • Build and distribute reports on SEO, website traffic, and lead acquisition using Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other tools.
  • Create and monitor targeted A/B tests to increase conversions and optimize the website.
  • Design and implement online strategies within budget requirements.
  • Set specific digital objectives and monitor progress.
  • Analyze relevant SEO metrics and drive initiatives to increase organic traffic and conversions.
  • Ensure web best practices are met.
  • Work closely with other team members (paid media, design, copy, developers) to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey.
  • Manage offsite and onsite optimization projects and report on performance.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Understand company s products, its target audience, and market (age group, behaviors, countries etc.), conduct market research and accordingly create effective marketing strategies.
  • Good knowledge of sending & managing bulk email and white listing the IP, Performs day-to-day email marketing activities.




Requirements

  • Solid experience with online marketing tools and web-based technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM and a track record of driving organic search results.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, website UX, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of effort.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internal and external to successfully deliver on programs and campaigns.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.
  • Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help customers get more from our services.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
