We are Hiring Kitchen Equipment Technician Dubai

- To ensure a smooth administration of the Engineering Department to the standard required by the Hotel.
- To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times by phone or in person.
- Should have knowledge of both Hot & Cold Kitchen Equipment’s repair & maintenance like Chillers , freezers

Dishwashers, Glass washers, Gas Cooking equipment’s, and all types of Ovens.

- Attend to repairs and maintenance of laundry equipment’s and kitchen equipment - both electric and gas.

- Be responsible for operation, repairs and maintenance of all ovens, dishwasher, stoves and other electric and gas equipment in the kitchen.

- Provide assistance / technical know-how in the installation of new or additional kitchen equipment’s.

- Perform equipment repairs as per manufacturer’s recommendations.
