Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Biosystems Engineering with a focus on hydrology or water resources
- PE certification
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in water resource engineering
- Proficiency in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling applications (e.g., SWMM, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, Hydro CAD, InfoDrainage)
- Experience with GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS) and engineering design software (e.g., Microstation/Geopak/OpenRoads Designer, AutoCAD)
- Proven experience working with cities, counties, and watershed districts
- Strong understanding of hydraulic infrastructure, stormwater management, surface water conveyance systems, and flood mitigation
- Demonstrated experience with green infrastructure design and permitting processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
