Warranty Officer

• Monitor and maintain the warranty process for all IIQAF certified programs.
• Review warranty claims and ensure they meet the stated criteria.
• Follow up with clients to obtain necessary information and documentation for warranty claims.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and resolutions.
• Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve and enhance the warranty process.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any warranty-related issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and respond to their queries in a timely manner.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a warranty-related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and finance principles is a plus.
