Job Description

- Oversee all warehouse operations for building materials including receiving, storing, and distributing products
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
- Implement and enforce proper warehouse procedures and best practices
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve warehouse operations
