- Greet and seat customers warmly, providing a hospitable atmosphere.
- Present menus and describe menu items, including traditional Japanese/Korean dishes.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Anticipate and fulfill customer needs, including special requests and dietary preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues professionally.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and set up for the next guests.
- Manage payments, process bills, and provide accurate change.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to food safety and health regulations.
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory records.
- Follow opening and closing procedures for the restaurant.
